SELF  CATERING
The farmhouse is primarily available on an exclusive, weekly rental basis. Primarily booking is from Friday to Friday, but sometimes this rule can be broken.
 SHORT BREAKS
I am happy to take bookings for groups of people self catering, short breaks,  the price for which would be based on the number of guests and the number of nights. You would have exclusive use of the house for the period staying. 
 ROOM ONLY
 Out of season or short notice  when the farmhouse as a whole is vacant, i am happy to let rooms on an overnight, per person basis. You are welcome to self-cater in the kitchen for meals, coffee and tea will be provided but please be aware you might be sharing the catering facilities with overnight occupants of other rooms.
If you require breakfast i can recommend The bay bistro that is 2 minutes up the road were you can enjoy a perfect breakfast overlooking the amazing rhossili bay.
 

·       Please note, we operate a no smoking policy inside the farmhouse

·       We regret we are unable to accept pets unless they are happy to either stay in your car or in the kennel outside As pets are not allowed in property 

·       Check in time: after 3.30pm; check out by 10.30 am. this is not set in stone and if nobody is staying before or after i am happy to forget about these times.

RENTAL PROCEDURE 
 
Once you have worked out the dates  you want are available then a deposit is required. The deposit can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Please notify me when you have made the bank transfer or when you have sent me the cheque.
Once i have received the cheque or i have seen payment in my account then i shall confirm payment has got to me. I will then send you out all paperwork and confirmation via e mail and i will also mark it on websites  online availability's.
The paperwork should have all the relevant names, dates,       e mails and tel no if any of this information is incorrect then please contact me immediately. This paperwork is the confirmation and receipt of the booking. 
 
The total balance  is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
Prior to 6 weeks before arrival date the non returnable deposit will be forfeit. No other payment will be required. Cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival date, the full amount will be forfeited.
