Once you have worked out the dates you want are available then a deposit is required. The deposit can be made by bank transfer. Please notify me when you have made the bank transfer.
Once I have seen payment in my account then I shall confirm payment has got to me. I will then send you out all paperwork and confirmation via e mail and I will also mark it on websites online availability's.
The paperwork should have all the relevant names, dates, e-mails and tel no if any of this information is incorrect then please contact me immediately. This paperwork is the confirmation and receipt of the booking.
The total balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival
Prior to 6 weeks before arrival date the non returnable deposit will be forfeit. No other payment will be required. Cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival date, the full amount will be forfeited.
